Event tickets
If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date or you may request a refund.
To request a refund or transfer your ticket to another attendee, contact us via our contact page with your order number.
Consultations
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
